We Love Our Volunteers

We are looking for volunteers from all walks of life to come help us further our presence in the Upstate. Whether you’re a student, concerned community member, part of a faith-based community, or a parent yourself, your valuable skills and knowledge are welcome here.

Reception/clerical: Volunteers will assist with clerical work and reception at the agency. Duties include answering phone calls, opening the door, taking some referrals, helping staff with everyday needs, and filing.

Special Events: Volunteers will help on an as-needed basis with night, weekend, community outreach and advocacy events.

​Office Support and Donation Organization: We need volunteers on a regular basis who can come in either one-time or every week to help us sort and organize donations. This can be done any time. We also need help creating curriculum books, flash cards, and activity kits for our home visitors to use with the kids and parents we serve.​

Brochures and Promotional Materials: Skilled volunteers are needed to help with the creation of pamphlets, fliers, and other promotional materials. We are looking for someone with some knowledge and background in graphic design, graphic communications, or marketing. All of this can be done from home, and used in a student or professional portfolio after completion.
